We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. A physical street address is required for delivery.

2. Shipping Method & Cost

We offer 2-day shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order. Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, federal holidays, or inventory restocking.

4. Delivery Timeframes and Expectations

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on the shipping method selected. These are estimates only — 11:11 Aminos does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy and Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed — contact us immediately if a change is needed.

Our lyophilized peptides are shipped with care appropriate to their storage requirements. Once received, please refrigerate products as indicated on the product label and packaging to preserve potency.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. No processing or shipping occurs on federal holidays; orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
